My punctuation and spelling are as intented,
versus not exactly clear.
From a discussion[*] on the Wiemar Republic and the issue of gun control springs the economic impact in the Treaty of Versailles*, the word Realpolitik, crept into my search which landed me on Noopolitik which brought me this source on a letter and this reference to Fred Kaplan. (My earlier comment on similar material including Fred Kaplan.)
